Strategic Accountability Support is designed for business owners who already have direction, but want structured, thoughtful support to stay focused, aligned, and moving forward, without pressure or overwhelm.

This is not about creating strategy from scratch. It’s about maintaining clarity, making intentional decisions, and following through consistently, with calm external perspective and steady accountability.

How It Works.

We meet regularly virtually, either fortnightly or monthly, to check in on where you are, where you want to be by the next session, and what matters most right now.

Our conversations are focused, practical, and grounded. Together, we:

• Review progress since the last session

• Refine priorities and direction

• Identify what’s getting in the way

• Agree clear, realistic next steps

The first session is slightly different. We’ll take time to set up your initial plan and define what “progress” looks like for you, so future sessions can stay focused and effective.

Monthly option
1 × 60-minute session per month
£180 per month

Fortnightly option
2 × 45-minute sessions per month
£200 per month

Minimum commitment: 3 months

All sessions take place via Google Meet.

Commitment & Payment Terms

Strategic Accountability Support is offered on a minimum three-month commitment.

Once the first session has taken place, the three-month period is confirmed and payment is required in full for that period, whether or not you choose to attend all remaining sessions.

This ensures we can establish a consistent rhythm, build momentum, and create meaningful progress together. If you’re unsure whether this level of support is right for you, we’ll explore that openly during our initial conversation before any commitment is made.

We’ll always confirm fit and expectations together before you commit or sign any contract.
