These workshops are arranged every quarter. The subjects available each quarter will depend on the interest. There is a minimum requirement of ten attendees. Currently, workshops take part in February, May, August and November.
I love tech. Therefore, I can offer workshops on a wide range of software. A popular workshop I run is the opt-in one-day workshop. The morning is spent thinking about what your opt-in could be then the afternoon is creating the opt-in page. Tech is my thing and I LOVE teaching it.
At the moment, workshops are held in Birmingham, London and the Cotswolds. Other locations may become available if there is enough interest so don’t be afraid to ask.
Effective time management is not ‘rocket science’. But like so many aspects of performance it requires focus, analysis and constant attention. This workshop is a day long and includes (but not limited to): Understanding why time management issues arise. How to improve your ability to plan and prioritise work. Minimising wasted time and distractions. Learning to say “No”. Staying organised and more.
This two-day workshop focuses on the basics of strategy. What it is, why it is important and the different strategies you may need in your business. The second day is all about creating a business strategy for your business with my support.
Does Facebook drive you mad? On this one-day workshop we have a look at the different elements in Facebook (profiles, pages, groups), how to create an audience, ad account and FB ad. Depending on the level of the group, we sometimes look at pixels and event codes as well.
We all have to start somewhere. Most of use know what social media is but do we actually know how to use it for business? Do you know the other methods for marketing your business or how to plan? On this two-day workshop we cover the basics of marketing and how to create a high level marketing plan.
There is no business that I’ve met yet that couldn’t benefit from an opt-in. This is a free piece of value you provide to your ideal client in exchange for their email address. On day one, we look at ideas for your freebie and how it can be created on Canva. You will have time to have a go at creating yours with me in the room for support. Day two is creating your opt-in page, normally in MailerLite.
This two-day workshop is all about your marketing plan. Day one is focused on what one is and creating a high level plan. Day two is all about the detail. This is a hands-on workshop and requires you to understand your ideal client and business goals beforehand.
